Overview
In April 2024, a global consulting firm launched Certinia (Salesforce) to transform operations across its worldwide teams. I was engaged as a full-time contractor to design and develop step-by-step interactive guides and video training resources (Certinia (Salesforce) training eLearning) to support a smooth transition and long-term adoption of the new system within the organisation.
Working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Project Managers, and Change Management teams, I created a comprehensive learning solution that empowered users to confidently adopt the new system and reduce the learning curve from day one.
Objectives
- Develop interactive step-by-step guides (Certinia (Salesforce) training eLearning) in Rise 360, complete with screenshots and clear instructions.
- Script and produce video walkthroughs demonstrating Certinia processes.
- Ensure accuracy and relevance through close collaboration with SMEs and project teams.
- Provide ongoing updates aligned with evolving system requirements.
- Support post-launch adoption with accessible learning resources hosted on Degreed.
